How awesome are these? They are by Robert Penney. One of his projects was to take modern singles and redesign them into these kick ass retro vinyl covers.
Here are just a few of my most favoured Fall 2013 collections. A few weeks ago I was a guest flogger for A fashion friend, I also shared my favourite pre-fall collections, see it here.
Relaxed, sophisticated and most of all I love the flats and those boots are glorious.
I like the feminine looks ,the tailoring and the colour palette.
This collection is classic, I'm a sucker for the layering, the exquisite fabrics, and those bedroom slippers are pretty sick.
How awesome are the cage like prints? I fancy the quirkiness, the boxy dresses/topcoats, the slouchy topknot and the clogs. Heck yes!

Kuwaii is an Australian store based in Melbourne. Owned by designer, Kristy Barber, Kuwaii is known for it's feminine designs and captivating structures, all of which are made with the finest fabric such as: cotton, linen and silk. I also love their shoes which is made from stock leather remnants and what a delight to discover that they also have a selection of vintage. Below are some of my favourite looks from Barber's A/W collection.
These are a few backstage photo's taken in Paris on the 28th February, 1953 by Kurt Hutton. Designer, John Cavanagh showcased his designs by only using four models. He had to win orders from international buyers who had never ventured into London. On another note, Kate Desmarais from itswhatiminto interviewed the super cool owners of Deer Hunter ( the store that stocks my collection of vintage) you can read and view it here.

Just a little post before the week begins. Hope Gangloff is a young artist based in NewYork, she's known for her paintings and illustrations that depict modern American life. These portraits of her friends are raw and has a lot of truth in them. I can definitely relate to her subjects, it's pretty much an imitation of my social life which is why I love her work so much.
