I would literally wear every piece! The simplicity and the outstanding quality with it's timeless designs are just glorious.

I'm a minimalist by nature so this home really appealed to me. Their refined taste and impeccable quality is subtle and it's character are all in the details for example; the old church pew, the African pummeling bowl in the bathroom, the haberdasher's cabinet in the kitchen, the chapel chairs found at an antique market and the dining table from France found years ago by Vija's father. Inspired much? I'm completely smitten!

You can like their facebook page or follow them on instagram. I'm digging their vintage Timberlands. Gimme gimme!

Ikire Jones caught my eye on tumblr. Feast your eyes on their F/W 2014 look book which is all kinds of hot! Their garments are all hand made in Philadelphia and what I love is that each item they make has a story to tell. It's not meaningless but has depth which is thoroughly appealing.
"Ikiré Jones is a Menswear company that marries African aesthetics with Neapolitan tailoring. In an era where caricatures parade the streets like Emperors in New Clothes, we pride ourselves on offering a new perspective through an old lens; a new dialect for an old tongue; and an irreverent approach that twists the portrait askew while paying homage to the most classic of canvases---the suit." Oh good heavens! The Row always tugs the strings of my heart. I think I just died and went to fash heaven, this is a great way to start my day. Refined, luxurious yet relaxed. It's just absolute perfection.
It's pretty cold in Cape Town at the moment and this morning, much to my delight, I looked at Samuji's Fall 2015 collection. It is my DREAM wardrobe for this mercurial weather. Designer, Sami-Jussi Koski was inspired by Finnish poet, Marja-Liisa Vartio. I like the voluminous silhouettes and the boxy outerwear, which is right up my sweet alley.
